Leadership training program / How to make shy students speak

I usually switch up the lessons by engaging students in topics that interest them and I usually incorporate a game that is related to the topic as an ice breaker
I follow up and take up special interest in each student to make sure that no one gets left behind
I try to make learn vocabulary a fun and interactive session so that its easier for students to remember in the future. (Through things such as fill in the missing words, Match the word to the meaning, Find the opposite word etc.)
Something as simple as a smile can be the reason why someone has better day, make sure you always wear yours and pay attention to the little people in the room. (the shy/ quiet student)
